Nestled on the stunning Nahatlatch River, our off-the-grid resort provides a private and scenic setting in the heart of the Fraser Canyon, just 2.5 hours from Vancouver in British Columbia. We operate from May to September, with July and August being our busiest months. Throughout the season, you’ll work alongside a diverse team and welcome guests from around the world, brought together by a shared love of adventure, wellness, and the outdoors. Come experience this lifestyle in a fun, supportive, and truly beautiful environment.
Understanding Our Positions
At REO, our positions are thoughtfully designed to provide staff with meaningful work experience, consistent support, and reliable income throughout the season. Since we operate in a seasonal, tourism-based environment, weekly work hours can fluctuate depending on guest bookings, some weeks are extremely busy, while others are quieter. This variability is a normal part of outdoor tourism and guiding industries.
Some positions naturally focus on a single area and can maintain full schedules on their own. For roles where this isn’t the case, we intentionally designed the Dual-Role System. This system allows employees in certain positions to combine responsibilities across departments, creating a more consistent workload, expanding skillsets, and offering a richer, more varied work experience.
